Geraniums are natives of Europe and Asia. Geranium ‘Rozanne,’ originally found growing in Donald and Rozanne Waterer's retirement garden in
Somerset, England, was cultivated and sold for gardens. It is a natural hybrid of G. wallichianum ‘Buxton’s Variety’ x G. himalayense.
It is not found in the wild.
Identification: Plants form mounds 1½-2′ (45-60 cm) in height.
Deeply divided leaves are 1-2″ (2.5-5 cm) around. Purple or blue-violet flowers appear singly or in small
clusters, each with five rounded petals.
