About plant names...

Haworthias are small solitary or clumping succulent plants native to South Africa. Related Gasterias are also South African natives, noted for stomach-shaped flowers. Neither of these genera, nor this hybrid, are found in the wild in North America.

Identification: I cannot find a lot of information about this hybrid, beyond the fact that it is offered from a number of growers. Plants apparently reach 3-12″ (8-30 cm) in size.
